ACCESS PERMISSION TO FUEL STATION
Taking Access permission from NHAI/MoRT&H/PWD/GMDA/Local Authority for setting fuel station on Highway/Major categorized road is the prime operation of the company. We prepare proposal for access permission as per MoRT&H guidelines or any other department guidelines. Obtaining Access Permission is a primary requirement for any Commercial, Industrial, Institutional establishment, Private Property or Colony for setting up of a Fuel Filling Station/ Private Property along the Highway. The Access is necessary to have a safe length for weaving of traffic in and out of any establishment or the fuel station, and to provide necessary space margin to the through traffic from vehicles moving to & from any fuel station or establishment. The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRT&H) have issued certain guidelines/ norms for implementation, which have to be followed while constructing the access to any establishment/ fuel stations from National/ State Highway by providing adequate road marking/ signages, and constructing deceleration/ acceleration lanes. It is mandatory to regularize/implement the norms as stipulated by MoRT&H to prevent road accidents occurring while getting in or out from any such establishment/ fuel stations connected to Highways.

ACCESS PERMISSION TO PRIVATE PROPERTIES
As like fuel station, private properties exist on National Highway have to take permission from the concerned road authority whether it is NHAI/PWD or MoRT&H, without access permission it is considered unauthorized to take access. ACCESS PERMISSION TO LAY UTILITY
There are several provisions and norms for laying of utility lines such as sewage, water, gas, optical fiber, overhead and underground electrical cable on the Highways provided by NHAI/MoRT&H etc. We prepared accommodation of public and Industrial utility services along and across National Highways as per Guideline RW/NH-33044/29/2015/S&R(R) dated: 22.11.2016. Utility to be laid on the main utility corridor of the Highway, proposals to be prepared accordingly.

STATUTORY APPROVALS
For setting any kind of establishment or fuel station various kinds of statutory approval to be taken such as petroleum explosive safety organization approval, Superintendent of police, Sub divisional officer, fire department NOC, Change of land use, Building use certificate, building plan approval, forest clarification and forest clearance, wildlife department, District town planner, DC Noc and various other uncountables.
